System Maintenance for SkyDesk Support[Updated]

Dear Customers,

Thank you for using SkyDesk Support service.
We are planning to perform maintenance for SkyDesk Support during the mid of the March. We will re-announce the actual down time after the schedule is decided.

Features - Details

SkyDesk Support main activity page - Cannot be accessed during the maintenance time.

Tickets Registration from Web Form - Tickets submitted from web form will not be added to SkyDesk Support. After clicking submit button on web form, error page will be displayed.

Ticket Registration from Email - All of emails sent during the maintenance time will be added to SkyDesk Support after maintenance.

Customer Portal - Maintenance message will be shown during the maintenance time.

Integaration with the other SkyDesk Services -
* SkyDesk CRM
No records will be displayed inside the related list for SkyDesk Support
* SkyDesk Creator
SkyDesk Support related APIs won't be accessed from SkyDesk Creator
* SkyDesk SalesIQ
Error page will be shown when users convert chats to Support tickets. Kindly please convert it after the maintenance.

About inquiries for SkyDesk Services during the maintenance time
During this maintenance, customer contact form for all SkyDesk services will also be unavailable. Kindly please send emails to following address during the maintenance;
