Q: A warning message, "Unable to connect to server. Check the network connection." appears when using SkyDesk Cards.
SkyDesk Cards communicates with the server during processing. The above error appears when a network error occurs during communication. The communication may be unstable if you are using wireless connection on the iPhone or Android mobile device. Try again at a location with good reception.
