Payment Method

We only accept credit card payment.
The accepted cards are: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.

Subscription Scheme

Each application is subscribed separately.
The subscription period is six months starting from the month after the date the subscription takes effect. However, if you have already purchased other application, your first subscription period will last as long as the remaining period of the existing application.
Your subscription is automatically renewed half-yearly unless you request cancellation or modification of a plan according to the predefined procedure.

You can upgrade a plan, add users and optional application or services during the subscription period. However, you can only downgrade a plan, reduce users and optional application or services during subscription renewal.

Payment Cycle

  1. New Purchase and Automatic Renewal

    When you purchase a paid plan for an application in March

    • Your paid subscription period will be six months starting from the following month after purchase. However, if you have already purchased other application, your first subscription period will last as long as the remaining period of the existing application and you will be billed for that period correspondingly.
    • During the month of the purchase, the paid services are available free of charge.
    • Your registered credit card will be charged on our first business day of the month following the month of the purchase.
    • Note that if you submit the request for purchase during our last three business days of the month, it may be handled in the following month.
    • Your half-yearly subscription is automatically renewed unless you request modification or cancellation of a plan according to the predefined procedure between the 1st and 20th of the final month of the subscription period.
    • Only within the month of the purchase, you can cancel the subscription if you request it on or before the 20th of the month. In this case, there is no charge.
    • Please note that we do not accept any cancellation or refund that is requested on or after the 21st of the month of the purchase.
  2. Modification of Plans During a Subscription Period

    When you modify a paid plan of the same application during a subscription period*

    • * Modification of plans is allowed only when it involves fee increase, such as adding users or upgrading. Any modification involving fee reduction (such as reducing the number of users or downgrading) is regarded as partial cancellation, which cannot be accepted during the subscription period. If you want to make partial cancellation, please request it on the next subscription renewal.
    • The period to be billed starts from the month following the month of the modification request and ends at the end of the current subscription period.
    • You will be billed for the balance owing between the new and old plans calculated based on the number of the months to be charged for.
    • The balance owing calculated based on the number of months will be charged to your registered credit card on our first business day of the month following the month of the modification request.
    • Only within the month of the modification request, you can cancel the modification if you request it before the 20th of the month. In this case, there will be no charge for the service you cancel.
    • Please note that we do not accept any cancellation or refund that is requested on or after the 21st of the month of the request.
  3. Modification of Plans on Subscription Renewal

    When you make a modification involving fee reduction such as reducing the number of users or downgrading on subscription renewal

    • Note that any plan modification involving fee reduction (such as reducing the number of users covered by a paid plan or downgrading) is regarded as partial cancellation, which can only be accepted on subscription renewal. Modification of plans during the subscription period is not accepted.
    • We accept your plan modification request on subscription renewal between the 1st and 20th of the final month of the subscription period. If you miss this period, your subscription will be automatically renewed.
  4. Cancel a Plan

    When you cancel your subscription to a paid plan (for example, Plan A)

    • We accept your cancellation request (or, downgrading to a free plan) between the 1st and 20th of the final month of the subscription period.
    • Note that if you do not request cancellation or modification of plans within the above period, your current subscription will be automatically renewed.
    • Please note that you will not be able to cancel the cancellation request.
    • You can still use the free plan after the cancellation.
