Application Process for Paid Plans

1.Register Credit Card

Please register your credit card information from the Card Resistration page prior to purchase.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and JCB.

2.Purchase

Please select paid services, their plans and the quantities.

License will be granted at FujiXerox (Contract takes effect)

When we activate your license, we will send you an order completion email.
Usually it takes two to three business days to activate your license.

3.Enjoy the paid plan

You will have full access to the purchased paid plan features.

Payment schedule

The half yearly subscription will be charged on your registered credit card on the first business day of the following month of your purchase.
When the payment is completed, you will receive a payment settlment email.
* Please note that no receipt other than the payment settlment email is provided.

<Note>

  • - The deadline to request a new purchase or modification of a current plan is 17:00 on the 4th day before our final business day of the month. After that, your request may be handled in the following month. In the case of cancellation or modification on subscription renewal, your request should be made between the 1st and 20th of the final month of the subscription period. If you miss this period, your current half-year subscription will be renewed automatically.
  • - The service is provided free of charge within the first month of purchase. Your paid subscription period will be six months starting from the following month. However, if you have already purchased other application, your first subscription period will last as long as the remaining period of the existing application and you will be billed for that period correspondingly.
  • - Your current paid plan will be renewed automatically unless you request a cancellation or modification of a plan.
  • - Note that any plan modification involving fee reduction (such as reducing the number of users covered by a paid plan or downgrading) is regarded as partial cancellation, which can only be requested on subscription renewal.
  • - Please note that you will not be allowed any partial cancellation nor a refund during the half-year subscription period.
  • - For modification involving fee increase (such as adding users to a paid plan or upgrading), you can request it anytime. In that case, you will be charged for the balance owing for the month of modification on a pro rata basis on our first business day of the following month. Within the month of modification, the functions and services corresponding to the difference are provided free of charge.
  • - You can cancel your new purchase or modification of a plan on or before the 20th of the month of request. If your request date was on the 21st or later, you will not be able to cancel.
