Merge business card records of the same person
SkyDesk Cards R automatically recognize duplicates, so that the information about the same people is kept together.
Besides, you can track the history when the card is updated due to promotion, etc.
Define the fields that need to be matched for duplication, such as "Name", "Phone", "email address". The system lets you know the records which are supposed to be the same person's.
Check the detected records, and select the latest. You can merge records to keep it up-to-date.
Address, position, etc—the information on a business card may have changed over time.In SkyDesk Cards R, you can refer to previous cards as "change history".
