MailMagnet

SkyDesk Mail Add-on helps you manage all of your customer correspondence within your SkyDesk CRM account and track the email conversations that you have with your customers. What are you missing then? Within SkyDesk CRM, you have an inbox full of important emails from customers that are associated to your leads and contacts. But are you receiving instant notifications so that the most important emails from leads and contacts get your immediate attention?

A typical day in the life of a sales rep is incomplete without email communication and follow-ups. Also, it is very important that emails from your customers get a timely response. In that case, email notifications play a vital role. MailMagnet does exactly that. It intelligently scans your inbox and notifies you of the emails from your prospects and customers in CRM. Not just that, you can also reply to emails, add follow-up tasks and add notes, all from within MailMagnet. Along with this, you have the option to filter the emails into a separate folder or label in your SkyDesk Mail inbox. See also Configure SkyDesk Mail Add-on.

MailMagnet will be available only if you enable the SkyDesk Mail Add-on feature and configure your email account within SkyDesk CRM. See also SkyDesk Mail Add-on.

Note

  • When the leads or contacts send emails, it will be listed under MailMagnet. Outgoing emails will not be listed in MailMagnet.
  • Only if you are the recipient ( i.e. your emails address is in the To or CC fields of the email), will you receive the email in MailMagnet.
  • Group mails, such as info@zillum.com, sales@zillum.com, etc. will not be listed in MailMagnet.
  • The mail magnet will retrieve emails every 3 minutes.
  • 100 emails will be listed under MailMagnet.

Reply to Emails

To reply to emails

  1. Click the MailMagnet icon.
  2. In the popup window, you can view the list of emails.
  3. Click on the email that you want to send a reply.
  4. Click (the reply or reply all icon) in the email, as required.

Add a Follow-up Task

To add a follow-up task

  1. Click the MailMagnet icon.
  2. In the popup window, you can view the list of emails.
  3. Click on an email and then click the Add Follow-up Task link.
  4. In the quick create popup, specify the details and click Save.

Add a Note

To add a note

  1. Click the MailMagnet icon.
  2. In the popup window, you can view the list of emails.
  3. Click on the email that you want to send a reply.
  4. Click (the reply or reply all icon) in the email, as required and send the email.
  5. Click the Add Note link.
  6. Specify the details and click Save.
