SkyDesk Campaigns API will no longer be supported after June 30, 2019

SkyDesk Campaigns provides API (Application Programming Interface) to transact data to and from other applications such as CRM modules, SkyDesk and third-party applications such as, accounting, ERP, e-commerce, self-service portals and others. With our API, you can extract data in XML or JSON format and develop new applications or integrate with your existing business applications.

You can use SkyDesk Campaigns API to integrate the following types of applications:

  • CRM applications
  • Contact Management Tools
  • Invoicing Software
  • Survey and Event Management Tools

Prerequisite

  1. You must have a valid username and password to access SkyDesk Campaigns
  2. Developer environment/hosting server to integrate third-party application
  3. Internet connection to communicate with SkyDesk Campaigns API
  4. An authentication token to access our API methods.

Note

  • Make sure that APIs are not misused. We hold rights to disable your APIs, if we sense any misuse of our APIs.
